I recently purchased a 2017 Mustang from Portsmouth Ford Used Car Center. It had a couple of issues with tire wear and a convertible top support, so I called the salesman (Bob Brent) and he asked that I schedule a service appointment. I did so and brought it in. Their service manager (Lynda) was very attentive and thorough. She brought me out to the car to discuss the issues with the technician and he repaired the top support. I had a great experience at Portsmouth Used Car Center. I dealt with Bob Brant. He was very nice, friendly and was open to any and all questions. Didn't direct me to a certain vehicle. Left options open. The vehicle I ended up purchasing wasn't even the one I went in for. But, because he showed me others on the lot, I found one I absolutely loved. Perhaps I would have been ok with the vehicle I went there for, I am thrilled I was able to check out more that were for sale.
Bought an F150 with the help of Dave Bettinger who was very helpful and made the purchase easy and fast. Had a minor problem with the trailer brake controller which was quickly repaired by Dan Ditmars in the service department. This is our third purchase through Portsmouth Used Car Center. We were just starting to look for a newer Flex to replace our 2010 Flex. I had shopped on-line and had an idea of where the numbers were and Portsmouth not only had the best prices, they also had a large selection of them to choose from. They had 14 I think and out of those, 2 fit our criteria. Working with Bob Brent, in a short while, we were driving our new Flex home and feeling like we walked away with a great deal.
