Baseball season is back! Behind star players such as outfielder Mookie Betts and designated hitter J.D. Martinez, Boston Red Sox fans can’t wait for another successful season. Coming off of a World Series run can be tough, but the Red Sox are looking to avoid a championship hangover and return to the peak of Major League Baseball. Over the course of the last decade, the Red Sox have brought two World Series back to Boston, one last year and one in 2013. They made the playoffs four times in that decade. They also have the fourth-most wins as a team this decade, and they are looking to continue that success into the 2019 season. The team at your home for used cars in Portsmouth NH can’t wait to see how well the Boston Red Sox do this year,  and we can’t wait to rally behind their success with all of our local fans. The Boston Red Sox re-signed two important free agents over the offseason, making sure they retained key parts of their team from last year’s World Series squad. Pitcher Nathan Eovaldi and first baseman Steve Pearce have both been re-signed to return to the Red Sox and help them carry on their success. With a dangerous New York Yankees team also in the American League East, the Red Sox are going to have to be firing on all cylinders to dominate through the regular season. We are more than confident that they will accomplish this. Stellar pitchers Chris Sale and David Price head up the pitching rotation, looking to blow heat past the rest of the American League East. Your Portsmouth used Ford home proudly supports the Boston Red Sox, and we can’t wait for them to repeat as World Series champions.

Young drivers have special and specific requirements when shopping for a vehicle. Affordability is one of the biggest factors, as the budget of a young driver probably isn’t too flexible. This means that buying a used car is more than likely the solution for what you need. In fact, 83% of vehicles bought for young drivers are used. If you have a young driver looking for a used car in Portsmouth NH, then our team of experts will be happy to point you in the direction of the vehicle that they should test drive. Another huge factor that young drivers should keep in mind is how safe the vehicle is to drive. If you are shopping for a young driver, then you should probably stay away from vehicles with high horsepower. We know that your teenager probably wants a vehicle with head-turning power, but that could tempt them to push those limits, leading to dangerous driving situations. You should make sure that the vehicle you are purchasing has IIHS safety ratings of at least ‘good’ across the board. Before you commit to making a purchase, you should also check to see if it has experienced a recall. Get a vehicle with the safety that your young driver needs so you can have total peace of mind whenever they travel. Check out some the best used cars in Portsmouth NH available for your young driver. Ford Fusion The Ford Fusion is one of the safest and most efficient sedans on the market today. Drivers will be able to save at the pump, as this model gets 25 MPG in the city and 37 MPG on the highway. With 103.3 cu. ft. of passenger volume, you can rest easy knowing that this vehicle has more than enough room to be considered an SUV model. This vehicle is also outfitted with a full suite of driving technology that is prepared to grant you peace of mind wherever you travel.
